ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION

Delete your Calori AI account.

You can delete your account inside the app without an active subscription. A final confirmation and, for protected accounts, recent sign-in help prevent someone else from deleting your data.

Delete inside Calori AI

  1. Open Profile → Privacy & app data.
  2. Select Delete my account and review the deletion scope.
  3. Confirm deletion. A protected email account may ask you to sign in again.

If you cannot open the app, email bohacilar@gmail.com for accessibility or account-recovery help. Support is not required when the in-app flow is available.

What will be deleted

After verification, we delete or irreversibly de-identify eligible profile information, goals, meal and macro history, meal photos, water and step logs, weight history, fasting records, AI conversations and generated plans, analytics linked to the account, and unused in-app wallet records where legally permitted.

What may be retained

Purchase, refund, tax/accounting, fraud-prevention, security, and legal-claim records may be retained only for the period required by law or legitimate dispute prevention. Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat retain their own purchase records under their policies. Deleting Calori AI does not automatically cancel an active subscription; cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play settings.

Timing

Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. Encrypted disaster-recovery copies may take up to 90 additional days to expire. We will explain any legally required exception.

Guest accounts

Guest accounts can use the same in-app deletion flow. The active Firebase session proves control of the guest account; no email address is required.

Delete only some data

You may request deletion of a specific photo, AI conversation, meal history, health log, or analytics record instead of the full account. State the limited scope in your email.
