For an active plan on a new device, protect or sign in to your Calori AI account, then use Restore Purchases. Manage cancellation in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. For a disputed or missing purchase, include the store order reference but never card details.
AI safety and accuracy
Use the report action attached to an AI scan, coach answer, or generated nutrition plan. For urgent safety concerns, email support. Calori AI is not an emergency or medical service.
Response target
We aim to acknowledge support and privacy requests within three business days. Verified account deletion requests follow the timing on the deletion page.
